Discover Aerodynamics and Go Fly a Kite!
Did you ever think a science project could be so much fun? This will also help you to understand the science of aerodynamics. Since you need to use a knife with this project, the Professor recommends that a responsible adult assist you with the cutting.
Materials Needed:
- 1/4 inch dowel stock or thin spruce sticks
- thin nylon string
- glue
- knife
- kite string & spool
- kite cloth – can be silk, mylar, light sail cloth, even newspaper will do
- drawing supplies for decorating the kite
